Statement
My background in both music and design inform my current practise in interactive / audio-visual installation. Past projects have included work for an exhibition on a boat sailing from Helsinki to Stockholm for a conference on digital art. The piece used GPS data to create an ever changing audio composition that was dependant on, and altered by the boats coordinates altitude, speed etc. In February 2005 I completed a commission for the Great Eastern Hotel, London. The site-specific piece used historical and modern-day audio samples from neighbouring Liverpool Street Station to create an interactive audio/visual installation that was triggered by the viewers movement in the space.
I also work with design company Ustwo (www.ustwo.co.uk) as a creative programmer and interface designer.
